這個超好吃的!!!
之前都是做甜味的muffin
老公其實不太愛甜點 所以就找了一些鹹味的muffin食譜
加上老公愛吃的bacon和cheese
他一定愛死的
果然這個烘了出來 真的很香 很好吃
我已經忍不住吃了兩個 哇哈哈

原食譜是用ham的 但我改了用bacon
Ingredients:
All purpose flour..............180g
baking powder................1tsp
sugar...............................1/2 tsp
salt..................................1/4 tsp
vegetable oil....................50ml
egg..................................1
sour cream.......................100ml
milk...................................50ml
bacon/ham.......................40g (diced)
onion................................30g (diced)
cheddar............................sliced or diced , plus extra, grated, to sprinkle
spring onion.....................3 (sliced)
Methods:
1. Fry bacon and onion using a frying pan until golden. Then, leave it aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C
3. Line 7 muffin tins with paper case.
4. Shift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a large bowl.
5. Whisk together the oil, egg, sour cream, and milk, then fold into the flour. Fold in the (1), Cheddar and spring onion. Don’t over-mix.
6. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cases. Sprinkle over the extra grated Cheddar, then bake for 18-20 minutes until risen, golden and springy to touch.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
